Thirty-eight years of faith, six children, and more answered prayers than I can count. This is how it started.
I didn't come from a Christian home. My mom had a system — she'd put us on a church bus on Sundays so she could have a few quiet hours. I didn't know it then. But God was already working.
At 18 I was working at a restaurant when I met the woman who would change everything. I asked her out. She said she'd only date a man who'd come to church with her.
I said yes. She was shocked. Honestly — so was I.
We married a little over a year later. Thirty-eight years now. Six children, ages 17 to 37. I've served in the church in many capacities over the decades. I love the Body of Christ.
But somewhere along the way I became convinced — through my own struggles and my own study — that most believers never fully grasp what living under grace actually means. What the New Testament actually unlocks. What Jesus was really teaching when He said the things He said.
I've had my share of limiting beliefs. Prayers that felt like they hit the ceiling. Times I did everything right and still couldn't explain the silence. But I kept asking. Kept seeking. Jesus said that's exactly what you're supposed to do — and that it works.
I'm not here to pull anyone from their church. Every church has its own personality — and the Church is the Body of Christ. I'm here to go deeper. To expound on what Christ taught. To keep seeking — right alongside you.
Nothing goes up on this site until I'm confident in the theology. I'd rather say less and mean it than say more and mislead someone.
The foundation is Jesus Christ. Everything here builds on that. And if you're not sure where you stand with Him — that's the most important place to start.
You can learn every principle on this site. You can confess scripture morning and evening. But if the foundation is not in place — none of it stands. Jesus said it plainly.
